Sourcing Intern (SSP China Admin)



Business: GSO



Location: No.1, Yong Chang North Rd E-Town Economy and Technology Zone, Beijing, 100176, China



Working Frequency: 5 full days/week



Duration: At least 6 months



We have Regular bus service every day. And the salary is 110/day for undergraduate student, 130/day for graduate student.



Job description:



1. Maintain regular operation of internal used purchasing system(Mainland)

2. Support HK to finish new suppliers’ addition to SSP system.

3. Apply new suppliers’ addition from Global team.

4. Communicate between global team and internal employees about the purchasing order problem.

5. Track signed contract.



Job requirement:

1. 5 days on job per week.

2. Good interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate globally (bi-lingual).

3. Good computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

4. Good presentation skills (you need to give training to internal employees)

5. Can manage Multi-task.
